BAYO.S’ exciting project in Randers, where foundations were laid for a beautiful 138 m² villa. Here, BAYO.S installed 58 ground screws of 1.5 – 4.5 metres in the ground, with the screws 20 cm above ground level. The house is aesthetically pleasing with wood cladding that matches the surrounding nature perfectly and is integrated with an elegant carport. We installed the foundation and then Victor Krull from Krull Carpentry finished the rest of the house. At the ground screws, a plinth cover is installed, with the excess space covered by aviary netting to prevent pests from entering. The void ensures optimal ventilation under the house and prevents moisture build-up under the floor.
